Raw Local Honey

Raw unpasteurized honey keeps pollen and Enzymes

Taste the difference

It is commonly known that Honey is a natural anti-inflammatory and has been accredited with natural allergy control. The enzymes and pollen naturally added to raw local honey from honeybees have also been accredited to Digestion support, Antibacterial Properties, Wound Healing, Cough Relief, Acne Control and Brain Health. Enzymes found in raw local honey include Glucose Oxidase, Catalase, Diastase, Invertase and Acid Phosphatase.

Honey will take on different flavors based on the type of flower they are extracting nectar from to include trace amounts of pollen from those flowers. Common Honey flavors for Southern California are Orange Blossom, Avocado, Sage, Star Thistle, and general Wildflower. In addition, if you have allergies specific to different times of the year, consuming local honey produced at that time of year has been shown to reduce allergic responses.
